What happens inside, step by step

1. Quick shower

You start with a quick warm shower to wash off the day and prepare your skin for the heat. We provide towels and everything you need.

2. Sauna

A few minutes in the dry heat of the sauna warms your body deeply, opens the pores and starts the sweating that cleanses the skin.

3. Jacuzzi

You soak in the warm bubbling jacuzzi so your muscles fully relax and your body is ready for the steam room.

4. Steam (hararet)

You relax in the warm steam room for 10–15 minutes so your pores open and your muscles loosen.

5. Heated marble

You lie on the warm central marble stone under the dome while your body keeps warming up.

6. Kese scrub

Our attendant exfoliates your whole body with a traditional kese mitt, removing dead skin.

7. Foam wash

A soft cloud of soap foam is poured over you, followed by a gentle wash.

8. Rinse & rest

Warm and cool water rinse, then you rest with tea or water. Add a massage if you like.
